Remember staying up late just to hear a snippet of a new song
from your new favourite band on the radio, then excitedly,
telling your friends about it the next day?

You put all your hopes and cares into a band. Sometimes a
record was your only friend and most certainly the one you could
rely on to pick you up!

Ace City Racers take their craft seriously. ‘Pop’ isn’t a dirty
word, nor is ‘intelligence’. Every so often a band mixes the
perfect blend, and this is when kids and adults finally agree.

It is our job to ask again. Those too shy to talk out loud deserve
someone who’ll speak up for them.

We’re not talking about rejecting the present and listening to
retro sounds. What could be more boring?! No, we’re talking
about the new team, who’ll use whatever sounds right.

Good verse sets the scene to a good chorus. A good story never
goes out of fashion because we’re all people and we all have
stories of our own which deserve to be told.
